Fitness Center

PLEASE NOTE

The Naugatuck Valley Fitness Center will not be open during the fall 2023 semester. Students and employees looking for recreational activities are encouraged to use the new basketball hoops on the Plaza (basketballs available for loan in the Student Activities Office); play pool, ping pong, or chess in the Student Center; or stroll to one of the many gardens on the NV campus.

Fall 2023 Fitness Center Hours:

The center will be CLOSED for the fall semester. 

Please note: Workout attire required and sneakers (no jeans, boots, etc.)

Masks are encouraged, but not required.
